The Opportunity: Lead IT Engineer, Cashalo We are looking for a Lead IT Engineer to own and evolve the technical infrastructure powering our operations in Manila. You'll take the reins on a complex, high-stakes environment -networks, servers, identity, compliance - and lead it with the maturity and urgency a growing fintech demands. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days/week in our Manila HQ. How You'll Make an Impact Own the infrastructure

• Manage on-prem servers, Mediatel systems, and 400–500 GSM gateways supporting Cashalo's agent operations

Lead active projects

• Drive delivery of projects like a firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD/Meraki Wi-Fi migration, and zero trust network rollout

Manage cloud and identity

• Handle user provisioning, MDM, and cloud tooling with a focus on access control and security hygiene

Own IT compliance

• Lead audit preparation and execution, maintaining a consistently high standard of IT governance

Drive vendor delivery

• Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure projects with urgency and rigour
