As the VP Sales EMEA, your responsibilities will be... EMEA Sales

Leadership

Define and achieve the regional revenue growth goals for EMEA in partnership with the ELT. Drive new sales, expansion, and pipeline health across the EMEA market.

Scaling the EMEA Sales Organization

Lead the development and scaling of the EMEA sales organization in headcount and capabilities, building and leading the team as a second-line manager.

Sales Process & Performance Management

Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives

Strategic Deal Involvement

Actively coach sales leadership and Account Executives on deal play for key Enterprise opportunities within EMEA. Help navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including alignment with owners, investors, and boards.

Market Presence & Culture

Cultivate high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, enhancing vivenu's market presence and penetration in our core regions. Establish a healthy culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement.

Extensive Track Record

8+ years of progressive B2B/Enterprise Sales leadership experience.

Proven Sales Leadership

At least 3 years served as a sales leader, with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and drive teams to exceptional performance.

EMEA Expertise

Minimum of 3 years successfully leading a multi-country EMEA sales organisation within a high-growth environment.

Individual Excellence

4–5 years of proven success as an individual contributor in a customer-facing role. Industry & Domain Expertise
