Position Summary We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist with experience owning data science roadmaps and influencing stakeholders to guide the business strategy. Our ideal candidate is impact-oriented, comfortable balancing competing priorities, and skilled at working independently with both product and business stakeholders. In this role, you will scope, prioritize, and execute analysis projects that will uncover opportunities, inform investments, and drive accountability for results. You will also work closely with other members of the Analytics team on foundational projects to empower analysts and business users across the company with more and easier access to data.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders and business teams to understand priorities and identify opportunities to advance their analytics solutions Provide support to stakeholders by triaging requests, investigating data issues, and building tools and processes to support data needs. Build datasets, pipelines, and dashboards using ‘Agile’ framework. Design scalable data models and architecture patterns that support analytics use cases, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and data strategy. Work with other members of the Analytics team to define, implement, and test new data sources and pipelines and ensure that new reports are built on consistent, reliable, and maintainable data foundations. Provide input to Data Engineering on requirements and enhancements to existing data ingestions, pipelines, and platforms. Share new data tools with non-technical stakeholders and educate end users on how best to access the data they need.
