We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

Requirements

The Program Manager will be expected to coordinate activities across multiple projects and workstreams, report on program progress, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability. You will manage timelines effectively, ensuring that teams have clarity on priorities and deadlines. Additionally, you will map key stakeholders, assess risks, and monitor overall initiative progress to drive success.

Nice to Have

In this role, you will define the program's scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. You will develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Proactively identifying, assessing, and prioritizing program risks and issues will be beneficial, as well as developing mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with stakeholders. You may also lead and moderate program ceremonies and governance forums, such as steering committees and status meetings. Establishing governance, standards, and best practices while ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes will enhance program management effectiveness. Furthermore, capturing lessons learned and continuously improving program management processes and tools will be advantageous.
