The Opportunity The Legal and Compliance Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Pearl Health's Legal and Compliance functions. This position will manage the end-to-end workflow of legal requests, contract administration, and compliance tracking while supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with legal/compliance knowledge, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage complex workflows across multiple systems. What You'll Do

Contract Management & AI Operations Create and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) system AI Playbooks, including active training of AI models to learn Pearl's contracting approach and processes Perform first-pass of contract redlines based on counterparty feedback Convert counterparty feedback into proposed redlines Replicate contract edits across affiliate contracts Negotiate certain contract terms within established guardrails (e.g., NDAs) Maintain databases of key contractual terms Legal Operations & Matter Management Serve as intake manager and matter tracker Create and maintain Legal and Compliance Dashboard Track and manage vendor contract workflows Set up and maintain CLM workflows for various contract types Organize and maintain files Collaborate with technical team to deploy internal legal/compliance ai agent Compliance Program Support Coordinate internal compliance training programs and maintain training repository Track external compliance training completion for ACO participants Manage overall compliance training workflows and documentation Manage PHI intake processes and coordinate dissemination with InfoSec team Conduct BAA (Business Associate Agreement) and data rights assessments Track and assist with compliance-related audit responses Support ACO governing body meetings Corporate & Administrative Support creation of new legal entities and manage state registrations Manage Carta platform for equity administration Cross-functional Support Support Growth team with contract execution during sales seasons Coordinate with Finance on entity management and corporate governance Partner with Tech Ops on vendor contract workflows Collaborate with InfoSec on data privacy and security compliance What You’ll Bring Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, or compliance coordination Strong proficiency with contract management systems and AI enabled workflows, particularly in Ironclad Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal documentation Comfortable working with technology platforms and learning new systems quickly Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare compliance, particularly HIPAA/PHI handling Familiarity with ACO (Accountable Care Organization) operations or value-based care Background in AI playbook creation or contract automation Knowledge of corporate governance and entity management Experience supporting fast-paced growth teams Paralegal experience in healthcare, corporate, or contract law Our Values 🤝

The expected offer for this role includes the following components

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options. Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
