Customer Service and Order Management

Process customer purchase orders for equipment and spare parts, act as the primary point of contact for order updates, and liaise with customers to assist with their requirements. Daily tasks include sales order entry, quote generation, and managing returns, credits, and warranty claims. Success means timely and accurate order processing with high customer satisfaction.

Project Coordination

Track and report on sales orders and large project orders to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor progress and timelines, provide status updates and coordinate with logistics to align equipment delivery forecasts.

Sales and Administrative Support

Support the Sales team with reporting, analysis, pricing, and on-time delivery reporting. Assist the Country Manager and Sales Manager as an executive assistant with scheduling, event organisation, and office administrative tasks.

Data and Systems Management

Maintain customer master data and assist finance with invoice queries. Utilise Microsoft Office suite and SAP or Salesforce CRM systems as applicable. What you’ll bring Must-haves Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian Experience in customer service, logistics, project coordination, or administrative support Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Nice-to-haves Experience with SAP Order Management Software and Salesforce CRM Background in sales administration or project management Knowledge of business, accounting, or commercial processes Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders Why join Weir?
