As the Data Analyst for Program Operations, you will provide essential data support directly to the program leadership team, helping to track, manage, and report on high-priority initiatives. You will be responsible for producing regular status reports, data models, and visualizations that provide clear insight into the progress and potential issues related to key action items. Your work will directly support leadership's ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and maintain effective governance over strategic priorities. To excel in this position, you must be adept at translating operational needs into clear, concise data visualizations and reports. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to leadership requests for data, developing models to track complex issues, and helping to document the processes for managing priority items. This is not a deep-dive research role; it is an operational support role focused on providing clarity, demonstrating progress, and enabling effective program management through data.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership Support & Reporting
Provide direct operational support for ongoing, high-priority action items for the program leadership team. Produce regular status reports, pivot tables, and data visualizations to demonstrate progress on key initiatives. Develop and maintain data models to collect, review, and analyze data related to program-level issues and risks.
Data Analysis & Visualization
Analyze workflows and data to identify insights and trends related to EHR implementation challenges. Create clear, compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) that communicate status and performance to a senior audience.
Process & Governance Support
Assist in the development and documentation of process flows and governance models for managing priority items. Support collaboration and data sharing between different program teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or PMO analyst role. Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: A foundational understanding of the EHR implementation environment is necessary to provide context for the data being analyzed. Domain Expertise: Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions) and a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau. Communication: Excellent data visualization and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
