Duties/Responsibilities Serve as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for assigned international regions, maintaining expertise in country-specific procurement paths, distributor authorization structures, and OEM coverage. Maintain and update documentation outlining in-country versus export procurement viability, IOR feasibility, VAT implications, and other regional compliance requirements. Develop and maintain structured repositories and regional capability matrices to support scalable international execution. Partner with the International Operations Manager to validate procurement paths and support compliance reviews for international opportunities. Provide timely and accurate regional guidance to Sales and Client Operations (COS) during opportunity scoping and execution. Monitor and document changes in OEM agreements, distributor authorization status, and regional commercial terms that may impact international transactions. Collaborate with Partner Alliance to identify gaps in OEM reach, evaluate potential distributor partnerships, and support expansion of in-country procurement capabilities. Conduct research and analysis on emerging international markets, identifying operational risks, cost considerations, and growth opportunities. Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to international procurement and compliance processes. Escalate regional compliance risks or capability limitations to Global Logistics leadership as appropriate. Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience supporting international logistics, procurement, trade compliance, or global supply chain operations. Experience working with distributors, OEM authorization structures, or international procurement models preferred. Foundational understanding of international tax (VAT), Incoterms, and Importer of Record (IOR) concepts. Experience in IT hardware, technology supply chain, or international shipping environments preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Systems experience preferred: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective, clear, and concise communication with all levels of management Strong organizational skills required to coordinate, manage, and prioritize multiple cross-divisional processes and projects Consistently demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, responsive, customer-focused, and possess strong follow-up skills Consistently demonstrate high ethical standards, accountability, and ownership. Ability to productively work well both independently on task execution and as part of cohesive team /workgroup. Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret regional commercial and authorization frameworks.
