We Invest In You CEU reimbursement: We cover your continuing education so you can keep growing without the out-of-pocket cost Clinical Advancement Program: Woven fully invests in certifications including PTO and travel Monthly Learning Cohorts: resource sharing, presentations, implementation plans, and weekly check-ins CFY support: Clinical Fellowship Year mentorship and guidance available Schedule flexibility: Four- or five-day work weeks, part-time options, and flex days, structure your week around your life A culture built on humility, support, and mutual respect What Your Days Will Look Like Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team Provide culturally competent, family-centered care Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards What We Offer Salary: $79,000 to $111,600/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $35 to $43.20/billed visit, $120 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour Clinical Fellows: $36.50/hour Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $15,000 Performance-based incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus 2% bilingual increase Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and tenure-based PTO Life and disability insurance Student loan repayment assistance program Employee referral program What You'll Need Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA CCC-SLP, or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain BLS/CPR certification Pediatric experience preferred, CFY candidates and new grads welcome! Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
