Automotive Biller/ License and Title Clerk

We're looking for a Biller / License and Title Clerk to join our team and help ensure smooth operations in our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Process vehicle sales transactions, including accurate billing of new and used vehicles. Prepare and submit all legal documents for titling and registration to DMV and relevant agencies. Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Verify accuracy of vehicle sale paperwork and collaborate with sales and finance teams. Ensure timely processing of title work to avoid penalties or delays. Address and resolve any title or billing discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing, titling laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive billing, licensing, and title processing (preferred) Knowledge of DMV rules and regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in dealership software systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
