ARSIEM is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to create custom analytics to perform at scale. The software engineer will work closely with data scientists and end users to develop innovative analytic tools to further discovery and tradecraft around critical global challenges, then deliver innovative solutions focused on operationalizing data science. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs. Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Develop front-end components using modern web technologies. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services. Ensure front-end code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent. Understanding of Agile and other constructs. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js.
