About the Role
Aircall is a unicorn, AI-powered customer communications platform, but we aren't stopping there. We are building a brand-new, standalone AI product designed to revolutionize pipeline management and sales efficiency with the power of generative AI. We are looking for two Founding Account Executives to join this "startup within a startup."
This is not a traditional AE role. You will be the first boots on the ground for this product in North America. You will build the machine from scratch—from cold outreach and lead generation to closing and defining our new early-stage sales playbooks.
This is a hybrid role based in Bellevue, in office Monday-Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Ownership
Own the entire sales funnel. You will hunt, prospect, qualify, and close your own deals.
Market Expansion
Drive the launch across North America. As one of our first hires, you will specifically focus on the North American market but also contribute to growing APAC with Australia first.
Co-create the Playbook
Work directly with Product and Leadership to refine our value proposition. You’ll be selling a product that is evolving in real-time.
Evangelize AI
Educate the market on our new AI product, moving beyond "features" to sell a vision of the future of work.
Qualifications
The Builder Mindset : You have a first experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early-stage environment (Series A or earlier). Selling to sales leaders is a plus. Outbound DNA : You are a prospector at heart. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or craft a creative cold-outreach strategy.
Adaptability
You thrive in ambiguity. You prefer a "blank slate" to a rigid corporate process.
Tech stack
You know your way around key CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce) but you’re also comfortable leveraging the new wave of AI tools supporting sales reps
Closing Grit
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
