We’re looking for a Fixed Asset Manager to join our Finance team and own fixed asset accounting, software capitalization, and capital asset compliance across our growing restaurant portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle in Oracle Fusion: asset creation, CIP tracking, transfers, retirements, disposals, reclassifications, and monthly depreciation runs across all restaurant locations. Manage construction-in-progress accounting for new restaurant builds, remodels, and major equipment projects, ensuring timely capitalization upon placed-in-service dates. Prepare and review monthly fixed asset roll-forwards, depreciation schedules, and related journal entries as part of the close process. Maintain book and tax depreciation schedules, including federal and state differences, and coordinate with tax advisors on fixed asset tax provisions and return support. Identify, track, and capitalize internal-use software development costs under ASC 350-40. Support property tax compliance across the restaurant portfolio Design and document SOX-compliant controls around asset capitalization thresholds, useful life assignments, and disposal authorization. Coordinate physical inventory and asset verification across the restaurant portfolio. Support the annual audit process with external auditors for PP&E, intangible assets, and related disclosures. Drive process improvement and automation in fixed asset workflows for efficiency and scalability. Minimum Requirements CPA preferred 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on fixed assets in a multi-unit or multi-location environment Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Fixed Assets Strong working knowledge of ASC 360 and ASC 350-40 Public company experience with SOX compliance and external audit support Experience leading monthly close activities and defining accounting processes and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Excel Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment

Salary range for this role

Starting salary range based on experience $90,000 —

$120,000 USD
