Partnerships Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Partnerships Coordinator to support our Partnerships team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations across employer partnerships, student initiatives, and internal workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience in job board management and scholarship coordination. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, including coordination, documentation, and communication Manage and maintain job board postings by researching relevant opportunities, ensuring accuracy, and removing outdated listings Assist in the administration of scholarship programs, including application cycles, materials preparation, and award communication Coordinate with internal teams such as campuses, marketing, and student success to support partnership initiatives Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support data tracking and reporting efforts Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners What You Bring Experience managing or maintaining job boards, including posting, updating, and tracking opportunities Experience supporting scholarship programs or similar processes involving applications, review cycles, and communications 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with systems such as Microsoft Office, databases, or CRM tools Ability to collaborate across teams and stay organized in a dynamic environment Preferred Experience in education, workforce development, or employer engagement environments Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or employer management platforms Experience with reporting, data tracking, or process improvement
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, hybrid role. The position requires regular campus presence at our Hampton Roads locations and flexibility to support a multi-campus, multi-state organization as needed. 1-2 days in office at our Corporate headquarters What We Offer The anticipated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually What We Offer
