The Role
Gravie is looking for an Insurance Product Operations Associate. You will manage our Insurance Product operational work while working closely with nearly every team at Gravie to support our insurance plan portfolio. You’ll have full ownership and accountability for your projects and work closely with a small, high-impact team. If you’re interested in getting exposure to healthcare product work and working closely with senior leaders, this role is a good fit for you. Your work will build Gravie’s differentiation in the market, support our strategic goals, and build towards our mission of building a health plan everyone can love.
You will
Manage insurance product projects to build and launch new project features, including identifying workstreams, managing timelines, and managing stakeholders Create, document, and improve insurance product processes to support Gravie products as we grow and scale Configure and own the end-to-end documentation creation and management process for our plan portfolio, ensuring any plan changes are captured, documented and issued in a compliant and timely manner Take on other projects based on your skill set and interests
You bring

The salary range for this position is $81,365 - $108,487 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
