Title: Data Center Campus Critical Systems Coordinator II The Data Center Campus Critical Systems Coordinator II will support multiple data center site teams in support of daily duties across all facets of mission-critical operations. The role will support day-to-day scheduling, asset management, advanced reporting, and extensive documentation. This position reports to the Critical Systems Manager who supports all of the Americas. There will be a limited amount (~10%) of travel to support various training and maintenance efforts. Primary Responsibilities Ensure forward progression of maintenance plans – monitors PM schedules and follows up to avoid delays. Expanded asset management: Upload and maintain assets in CMMS/Asset Manager to ensure inventories and work assignments are properly aligned. Data quality and reporting: Audit maintenance data for accuracy and generate quarterly maintenance status reports (e.g. upcoming PMs, backlogs) for management. Assemble MOP templates for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, assess life safety ratings and arc-flash requirements, handle more complex or multi-step maintenance procedure documentation. This position will ideally be set in person 8-5 Monday-Friday at the Data Center and is a 24X7 availability requirement, but could work in a hybrid remote manner once acclimated Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Advanced CMMS proficiency: Leverages advanced features of the CMMS for scheduling optimization and data analysis. Large data management: Capable of managing and analyzing larger volumes of maintenance data (e.g. multiple sites’ schedules) with spreadsheets or CMMS reports. Technical troubleshooting: Performs basic troubleshooting of system or network issues related to CMMS or equipment monitoring, resolving minor software or data problems. Solid understanding of power, fire and cooling asset lifecycles: Understands equipment life cycles and maintenance requirements; familiar with hierarchical asset structures in the CMMS . Cross-team coordination: Communicates effectively across facilities, ops managers, and vendors to align schedules and resolve conflicts. Mentoring ability: Guides junior Coordinators (Level I) in following processes; provides clear instructions and training in CMMS use. Enhanced reporting & documentation: Prepares and presents maintenance status reports or summaries to management, highlighting key issues or successes. Project coordination: Coordinates small projects such as CMMS updates, data cleanup efforts, or audit preparations – organizing tasks and timelines for system upgrades. Change management support: Assists in implementing process changes or new systems (training users, reinforcing procedures), helping the team adapt consistently. Experience/Education High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or relevant data center certification preferred). Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in mission-critical facilities or maintenance operations. Candidates who have professional experience managing data center maintenance schedules across multiple buildings or sites would make a candidate stand out. Advanced MS Office skills and data analysis capabilities (can create spreadsheets, charts, and track KPIs). Advanced software troubleshooting skills – independently resolves more complex scheduling or system issues (e.g. syncing CMMS data, addressing vendor conflicts). Familiarity with data center systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, BMS): understands how different systems tie into maintenance needs. Working knowledge of industry standards and best practices for critical facilities (uptime tiers, basic compliance requirements) – developing awareness.
