Systems Analyst

What You’ll Do Support applications to ensure system stability, availability, and performance Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents Provide support to business users by troubleshooting system issues and responding to inquiries Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities with end users Manage deployment processes and support change management activities Maintain alignment with internal teams (business and technology), vendors, and clients Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and operational processes Support documentation of solutions, incidents, and workflows Contribute to maintaining reliable and scalable financial systems in a production environment What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field Experience as a Systems Analyst within financial institutions such as Asset Management, Custody, or Fund Administration Understanding of system architecture principles Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar Experience supporting applications and maintaining production environments Knowledge of system integrations and APIs Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools Understanding of functional testing and user validation processes Experience working in regulated environments and mission-critical financial systems Familiarity with ITIL processes or similar frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (technical and functional) Nice to have CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification Additional experience with financial systems related to custody, fund administration, or fund accounting English level Advanced Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
