Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the RMA process, diagnosing issues in defective units, collaborating with Engineering and Customer Success teams, and implementing hardware changes. Additionally, this role will work hands‑on with physical hardware, support quality feedback loops, and partner closely with internal teams and vendors to drive continuous improvement across hardware operations. This position is based in our office in Alpharetta, GA.

What You'll Do

Assist with logistics operations, including shipping, and receiving. Assist in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including tracking and processing returned hardware. Work with the Customer Success and Tech Support team to address recurring issues and enhance the customer experience. Identify and document issues and trends in defective units, providing detailed reports on findings. Maintain accurate records of hardware issues, resolutions, and process improvements. Perform regular audits of hardware units to ensure consistency and quality. Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of components and finished products. Assist with inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Assist with bulk product roll-out and coordination, ensuring timely and efficient distribution. Provide Technical Hardware Support and Training to team members and other departments as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency in hardware operations.
