Sales Manager
Description
Acura of Highland Park is building a strong, disciplined sales operation — and we are looking for a Sales Manager who can help lead that effort. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to desk deals, develop people, and drive consistent performance.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Desk and structure deals to ensure profitability and lender compliance
- Work directly with sales consultants to improve close rates and consistency
- Coach and train daily — not occasionally
- Drive accountability around follow-up, appointments, and CRM usage
- Support inventory pricing, deal flow, and overall sales strategy
- Help maintain a professional, structured sales environment
- Step into deals when needed to support and close business
