Make your impact Deliver strong aftermarket support and build trusted customer partnerships by working collaboratively with Product Specialists and service teams. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing practical technical solutions, and creating positive, long‑term relationships through regular engagement and a strong knowledge of Weir’s products and services. What you’ll do Develop and execute customer‑focused growth and marketing strategies in partnership with the Sales Manager, delivering year‑on‑year revenue and aftermarket retention Build trusted advisor relationships with customers through strong face‑to‑face engagement, taking full ownership of key accounts and customer outcomes Provide technical commissioning, troubleshooting, and commercial support across slurry pumping and the broader Weir product portfolio, including cyclones, valves, screens, rubber, hose, and services Drive Total Ownership Cost (TOC) improvements through data‑driven analysis, business case development, trials, and value‑based solution proposals Track market share, opportunity gaps, forecasts, budgets, and performance against targets, with clear reporting and disciplined follow‑up Collaborate closely with Product Specialists, service teams, and internal stakeholders on joint sales calls, customer training, contract negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture What you’ll bring
