Description

Start your global paid media career at ZURU: drive performance across top toy brands, partner with platforms like Meta, TikTok and Google, and turn data-driven insights into real impact. A Paid Media Coordinator within the Toys team supports the planning, buying, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta. In this role, you are given ownership of specific brands and are responsible for executing campaigns across global markets while contributing to media planning and strategy, alongside monitoring performance through weekly reporting and implementing ongoing optimisations to improve results. The role involves analysing campaign performance, identifying insights from creative, targeting, and audience behaviour, and sharing these learnings with wider teams to inform future content and media decisions. You will work closely with the digital team as well as media partners from Meta, TikTok, and Google, have opportunities to present insights to senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to global markets while collaborating with teams around the world. Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in creating and executing digital paid amplification strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive media plans for assigned Toys brands and local markets, ensuring optimal delivery against campaign objectives. Support campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring performance meets key objectives. Collaborate on managing budgets across brands and regions, analysing results to recommend adjustments. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, sharing insights to inform content and strategies. Deliver weekly media reporting and meeting summaries, highlighting learnings to refine future strategies. Stay informed about developments in digital media and experiment with new tools and techniques. Continuously be an advocate and push for testing and learning across our Toys brands Manage communications with global and local marketing and Content teams where required. Liaise and grow relationships with key stakeholders to develop and feed insights back into the business to enable ZURU Group to level up their approach to media and strategy.
