Accountabilities Lead client engagements focused on defining AI strategy and implementation plans. Shape and drive go-to-market initiatives for AI solutions. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering AI projects. Advise senior executives on investment prioritization and AI governance frameworks. Define and manage AI solution portfolios. Design frameworks to automate knowledge work and enhance productivity. Capture market feedback and refine AI product concepts. Promote responsible AI practices throughout projects. Mentor and develop the consulting team in AI expertise. Contribute to business growth through thought leadership and client management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 7–10 years of experience in consulting or digital strategy roles. 3+ years leading AI/ML solution delivery. Ability to bridge business and technology effectively. Strong understanding of AI platform ecosystems. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
