Generative AI Designer

In this role, you will push the boundaries of visual creativity by leveraging cutting-edge generative AI tools to produce high-quality, photorealistic content at scale. You will play a central role in shaping visual storytelling across digital platforms, blending artistic vision with technical expertise. Working within a globally distributed and highly collaborative environment, you’ll partner with creative teams to bring innovative concepts to life. Accountabilities

Generate large volumes of high-quality, photorealistic images and visual assets using advanced AI tools and platforms Refine and retouch AI-generated visuals to achieve a level indistinguishable from real-world photography Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to develop and execute visual concepts aligned with brand and campaign objectives Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all generated assets Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, image synthesis, and creative technologies Develop and maintain internal standards, workflows, and best practices for AI-generated content and visual realism Optimize production pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and high-volume output

Requirements

Proven experience working with generative AI tools for image creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms) Advanced proficiency in photo editing and retouching software such as Photoshop or equivalent tools Strong understanding of visual design principles, including lighting, composition, texture, and color theory Solid knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and limitations of AI-generated content Familiarity with image detection tools and techniques related to AI-generated media Ability to manage high-volume production workflows while maintaining attention to detail and quality Experience with version control systems or batch processing workflows is a plus Strong collaboration and communication skills within remote and international teams
