Work Your Way

At Spreetail, we believe in empowering our employees to work in the way that suits them best through our Work Your Way approach. Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. That’s why we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of intentional collaboration, team building, community engagement, and our All-Hands meeting. It’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to work your way, with meaningful opportunities to connect and grow together. Please scroll to the bottom of the job posting to confirm that your state qualifies for the Work Your Way program.

How you will achieve success

Lead and scale the affiliate program across Amazon and DTC channels, managing agency and partner relationships end-to-end. Build and launch a creator/influencer program for both Amazon and VMInnovations.com from the ground up. Drive a full redesign of the VMI DTC site with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO). Partner with merchandising and category teams to identify and promote priority products throughout the year. Own performance reporting across Amazon and DTC, defining key metrics, driving accountability, and mentoring a marketing intern to support execution.

What experiences will help you in this role

3–6 years of growth or performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership across multiple channels. Proven experience managing affiliate or creator programs, ideally across both Amazon and DTC. Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion principles and DTC site performance. Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and clearly communicating results to leadership. Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments; Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is a plus.
