Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Enablement & Strategy Consultant in Denmark. As an AI Enablement & Strategy Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the internal AI transformation of the organization by creating scalable enablement programs and playbooks. You will assess workflows across functions, define AI competency frameworks, and develop measurement systems to track adoption and ROI. This role involves providing strategic guidance on tooling and staffing, hosting workshops to build AI fluency, and ensuring knowledge transfer across teams. You will work closely with leadership to integrate AI into operational practices while fostering a culture of innovation and self-sufficiency. The position offers a remote-flexible environment, occasional travel for in-person collaboration, and the opportunity to impact a mission-driven, education-focused organization. Accountabilities
Conduct workflow audits to identify high ROI AI opportunities and create functional playbooks for all GTM and Operations teams Define AI competency frameworks and integrate them into performance and leveling systems Establish dashboards and methodologies to measure AI adoption and workflow efficiency gains Provide strategic recommendations for AI tooling, governance, and internal staffing priorities Host workshops and office hours to build AI fluency across technical and non-technical teams Document engagement artifacts and ensure seamless knowledge transfer for long-term adoption Collaborate with leadership to align AI enablement initiatives with organizational goals
Requirements
7+ years in management consulting, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise AI strategy or operational AI transformation Proven experience designing enablement programs within B2B SaaS organizations, ideally at Series B-D scale Strong familiarity with LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise) and practical application of AI-driven workflow automation Expertise in change management and ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences Self-directed and comfortable operating autonomously in a part-time, flexible role Experience in EdTech or mission-driven SaaS environments preferred Proven track record in fixed-term or fractional consulting engagements, including scoping, delivery, and handoff
