Entrata's Homebody (Insurance) CSR III is a licensed service professional who provides advanced expertise in servicing and policy management. This role handles escalated customer requests that require licensure, including coverage changes, endorsements, renewals, and compliance-sensitive situations. CSR IIIs also act as a knowledge resource for CSR I and II team members and may support cross-selling and policy enhancements.

*This is a hybrid position based out of Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities

Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements) Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation Act as an escalation point for CSR I and II on licensed or high-risk matters Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active) 3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Multiple state licenses Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment Experience training or mentoring peers Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms
