Director of Engineering - Remote

Accountabilities Provide day-to-day leadership for US-based engineering teams. Coach and develop engineering managers to build a high-performing organization. Define and communicate the technological strategy for US projects. Collaborate with global engineering leaders to ensure alignment and best practices. Develop technical solutions that support our business objectives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in engineering, especially in leadership roles. Strong experience in web and commerce platforms. Ability to communicate complex concepts to various audiences. Proficient in PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS. Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones.
