Sr. Product Designer - REMOTE

In this role, you will join a collaborative design team dedicated to enhancing mental health care access through innovative user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact client interactions, making services more intuitive and supportive. Expect to work alongside diverse teams including product managers and engineers, and take ownership of the design process from sketches to finalized prototypes. Your design expertise and passion for user-centered solutions will play a vital role in driving our mission forward.

Accountabilities Own the end-to-end design process, from concept sketches to interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and copywriters for intuitive UI designs. Focus on improving the booking experience to facilitate client access to care. Ensure consistent and polished design experiences across all platforms. Clearly communicate design rationale and gather feedback from teammates and stakeholders. Manage work efficiently against strategy and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on product design experience with a strong portfolio. Proven ability to deliver effective designs across web and mobile platforms. Experience with user research methodologies and analytics. Solid grasp of personas, user journeys, and empathy mapping. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and React is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers.
