Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Build and publish interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, drill‑downs, bookmarks, and optimized visuals. Integrate and model data from SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP (optional) , and other enterprise systems using Microsoft Fabric . Develop and maintain Fabric data pipelines for seamless, real-time reporting. Optimize queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for high-performance analytics. Implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security to ensure secure data access. Lead and mentor a team of BI developers; collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Required Skills Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query , and dashboard storytelling. Strong

SQL

skills including complex queries and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric , lakehouse architecture, and pipelines. (Optional) Experience in

SSIS/SSAS

or SAP data integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PL‑300 or DP‑203 . Experience with data governance, observability, or migration projects (e.g., Synapse → Fabric). Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics (optional).
