Description
Position Overview
As an Inventory Allocation Specialist, you will be responsible for inventory optimization for designated channels. Your core mission is to maximize product availability while minimizing inventory costs through precise data analysis and scientific inventory management. You need to ensure our products are available at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantities.
Key Responsibilities: Replenishment Management(40%) Manage SKU-level weekly rolling demand forecasts for designated channels. Set and maintain automated replenishment parameters (safety stock, reorder points, order quantities), generate and review replenishment orders in JKY system and make sure of timely arrvial. Inventory Allocation & Transfer Execution (40%) Monitor inventory levels and turnover days across omni channels. Identify and resolve inventory imbalance issues by executing lateral transfers between warehouses to address local OOS or overstock risks. Respond to urgent sales requests or supply chain disruptions (e.g., production shortages, transportation delays) by developing and executing emergency allocation plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Analysis (20%) Work closely with sales teams to gather market insights and promotional plans, and provide feedback on inventory availability to support their business goals. Daily/Weekly monitoring and analysis of key KPIs (e.g., availability rate, inventory turnover days, OOS sku lists) and make necessary call outs to the line manager.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory allocation, or supply chain analysis within the FMCG industry.

Advanced Excel Proficiency: Must be skilled in using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other advanced functions for complex data analysis. System Experience: Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity, with the ability to identify issues, analyze trends, and draw conclusions from data. Key Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
