Responsibilities
Review aging for assigned deductions Obtain customer claims from customer portals, email, and lockbox Validate customer deductions by reviewing claims, invoices, shipping documentation, EDI portal and SAP Work with the Sales team, Order Management, our Warehouse and Customers to resolve claims Identify invalid deductions and submit disputes with the customer to recoup these dollars Recognize trends and assist in implementing processes to prevent invalid deductions
Requirements
Detailed-problem-solver and organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
