As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our social channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their social career who is deeply plugged into culture, highly organized, and eager to learn how best-in-class brand social comes to life. In this entry-level role, you’ll provide critical administrative and operational support across rhode’s social media presence. You’ll help ensure content is published seamlessly, calendars are kept up to date, content is organized and our community engagement remains thoughtful, timely, and on-brand.

What You'll Do

Support the editing, planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all rhode social platforms Assist in maintaining social content calendars, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand priorities Support day-to-day community management, including monitoring comments, messages, and engagement in partnership with the broader team Help organize and track social content, assets, captions, and approvals across campaigns and launches Maintain organized documentation for posts, performance tracking, and platform learnings Support weekly reporting on social performance, trends, and engagement metrics Stay tapped into social and beauty trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to help inform content execution Support with general administrative tasks

To Be Successful Displays a deep understanding of the rhode brand, our products, our customer, and our point of view Strong written communication skills, with a clear understanding of brand voice and tone Highly detail-oriented self-starter who can shift priorities and execute with a sense of urgency Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems creatively Curious about the beauty and social media landscape across platforms Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Growth mindset and eagerness to learn while working collaboratively with a small, fast-moving team

What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, media studies, or other related field. 1–2 years of internship or work experience in social media, marketing, content, or brand operations (beauty or lifestyle experience a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow in social media Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, social scheduling platforms, or analytics tools is a plus (not required)

$26 an hour (+ bonus and equity)
