In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of software engineers and take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of .NET-based products. Your responsibilities will include managing team performance and career growth, while also driving modernization efforts for legacy systems. Accountabilities Manage and develop a team of engineers, including performance and career growth Own the team's Jira board end-to-end: backlog grooming, ticket intake, sprint planning, and velocity tracking Balance feature delivery against platform health and technical investment Drive the roadmap for a legacy-forward .NET portfolio while planning modernization Lead efforts toward current engineering standards: CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, improved secrets management Champion documentation, testing, logging, and observability where gaps exist Serve as a capable technical partner, able to read logs and interpret system behavior Step in hands-on during production incidents to triage and drive resolution
