The Opportunity: Affiliate & API Partnership Manager NIRA is building financial services for Middle India-a large, underserved segment with significant growth potential. As we scale, affiliate and API partnerships will be a key driver of high-quality customer acquisition. We’re looking for a data-driven Affiliate & API Partnership Manager to own and grow this channel end-to-end -from partner onboarding and optimization to commercial management and cross-functional collaboration. This role directly impacts approvals, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth. Bengaluru, India Hybrid/On-Site How you'll make an impact Own and scale affiliate and API partner channels Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate and API vendors Optimize campaigns to improve lead-to-approval conversion rates Track performance using tools such as Appsflyer, Excel, or similar analytics platforms (approvals, CAC, ROI, lead quality) Negotiate payouts and manage vendor performance, including removing underperforming or fraudulent partners Collaborate with Tech, Risk, and Product teams on API integrations and quality checks Run structured performance reviews and share actionable reports Why you're a great fit 2–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or API Vendor Management Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tracking, campaign optimization, and reporting Experience using tools such as Appsflyer, Excel, or similar analytics platforms Proven ownership of KPIs including approvals, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates Experience negotiating payouts and managing vendor performance Strong coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience in fintech, NBFCs, or digital lending preferred Our Interview Process
