How you will achieve success

Execute and optimize processes that drive refund improvements across SKU, brand, and channel levels. Maintain and enhance refund reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial tracking and performance insights. Develop models, templates, and reporting tools (Excel and other data tools) to support efficient decision-making and ad-hoc analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams and finance leaders to build refund plans, improve profitability, and influence strategic outcomes. Monitor operational metrics, ensure data accuracy, and identify opportunities for variance recovery and process improvements.

What experiences will help you in this role

A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience with 2 + years of financial analysis experience. Expertise in E xcel,

SQL

and PowerB I Experience creating or improving warehouse management systems and processes. You are proficient in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing financials results. You are proficient in building models and business cases with business partners.
