As RVP Sales (d/f/m) - Live Entertainment DACH your responsibilities will include
Owning and scaling the Live Entertainment vertical across DE+AT region, working directly with executives at festivals, touring promoters, concert operators, and other live event organizations Playing an active role in key deals, including deal strategy, executive alignment, and closing Leading by example, aswell as coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives, with a strong emphasis on performance, accountability, and progression Partnering closely with the Head of Business Development to transition and develop BDRs into successful AEs, including enablement, ramp plans, and ongoing coaching Defining and executing the sales strategy for the Live Entertainment vertical, in collaboration with GTM, Sales and executive leadership Driving forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue predictability through disciplined use of data and metrics Developing and maintaining deep knowledge of the live entertainment ecosystem, including touring models, event-based organizations, and market dynamics Traveling as needed to support customers, team development, and industry engagement
What you will need to succeed in this role
3+ years of leadership experience, scaling sales teams (in Live Entertainment, Ticketing, or SaaS) 5+ years of experience in active full-cycle sales roles A proactive, hands-on approach Proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management The ability to balance between strategic leadership and active deal involvement A Data-driven focus on metrics and results Willingness to travel as required Business fluency in German and English, ideally additional fluent language skills
