Department Overview Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (FOC) provides world-class finance & accounting services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. RPA team is in charge of delivering comprehensive automation projects within various areas using mainly UiPath tool. Job Description Participating in all phases of automation projects - process feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, maintenance Delivering automations using UiPath, VBA, SQL, Google Scripting Automating business processes in various scopes Providing high quality solutions by following best practices and coding standards Maintaining existing automations Monitoring and reporting bots performance Preparing and maintaining technical documentation Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders Increasing automation awareness within the company Basic Requirements D egree in Math/Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or others 1+ year of relevant experience Experience in automating processes within a complex, large scale environment Practical UiPath experience Hands-on VBA / Google Scripting experience Basic SQL knowledge Knowledge of other programming language is a distinct advantage (Python preferable) Ability to select technology out of available stack to meet requirements in the most efficient way Understanding key functions and responsibilities of various finance tracks Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to details Willingness to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
