Accountabilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact Guide clients in leveraging messaging platforms as a strategic channel for growth and performance Analyze client performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Develop and execute tailored success strategies based on client goals, industries, and use cases Translate client needs into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes and ROI Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with product and technical teams to enhance offerings Proactively support clients in achieving long-term success and maximizing platform value
Requirements
