Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager, Partnerships in Sweden. As the Lead Product Manager for Partnerships, you will spearhead the product strategy that positions our platform as a best-in-class partner for machine distributors and channel partners worldwide. This role offers the unique opportunity to treat partners as core product users, ensuring their success through high-quality integrations, specialized capabilities, and compelling product packaging. You will work within a sophisticated data-driven environment, bridging the gap between company strategy and partner-focused offerings that drive adoption and long-term ecosystem growth. Your leadership will define how partners differentiate their own offerings by confidently integrating our advanced AI and data products into their portfolios.

Accountabilities

Partner-Centric Strategy

Own the partner-facing product strategy by acting as the primary lead for strategic engagements, ensuring partner needs are reflected in roadmap priorities and measurable outcomes.

Integrations & UX

Define and prioritize deep, high-quality integrations that make the platform feel like a natural extension of partner products, enhancing joint demos and co-selling narratives.

Commercial Enablement

Drive the pricing and packaging strategy for partner-delivered offerings, collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams to create partner-ready bundles and market-facing models.

Roadmap Management

Maintain a partner-focused product roadmap, making explicit trade-offs between bespoke partner requests and scalable, long-term platform investments.

Technical Collaboration

Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements for complex factory software ecosystems, navigating technical constraints to deliver reliable and durable solutions.

Requirements

Extensive Product Leadership

At least 8 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex software products from initial strategy through to go-to-market.

Technical Expertise

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, combined with hands-on experience in data platforms, APIs, and large-scale analytics.

Strategic Execution

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while incorporating structured customer feedback into actionable product roadmaps.

Industry Insight

Experience with industrial software, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or machine data platforms is highly preferred, alongside familiarity with OEM or system integrator partnerships.

Business Acumen

An MBA or experience with partner-led GTM (Go-To-Market) motions and co-selling strategies will make you stand out as a candidate.
