This leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives within the technology organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, establishing strategic roadmaps and governance models to enhance decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of business complexities and technology landscapes, enabling delivery of measurable outcomes. The Chief of Strategy and Operations will play a crucial part in fostering collaboration across departments and will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization’s technology strategy.

Accountabilities Develop and align the technology strategy roadmap with business goals. Lead the creation of technology roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders. Translate business needs into actionable technology priorities. Design and implement effective operating models. Optimize productivity and performance metrics across functions. Represent the CIO in high-level meetings and governance processes. Manage execution of the strategic roadmap and track key deliverables. Oversee financial planning and operational efficiency.
