Spreetail is hiring for our Same Day Delivery team as we continue to track and trend with the ever changing ecommerce environment! In this role, you will be leading the charge to be sure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner while maintaining the best quality of product and service that only Spreetail can provide.

This would be an hourly based position that starts at 21.50 per hour.

How you will achieve success

Lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality and performance and team member experience. Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration and open communication. Understands safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines. Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently and provide progressive corrective action for poor performance. Source and nurture ideas and roll them into the creation of improvement plans.
