Description

In this role, you will lead the Consumer Acquisition engineering organization, overseeing the complete pipeline from marketing outreach to ecommerce and customer onboarding. You'll manage a diverse set of engineering teams across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, and LATAM. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing systems that significantly impact annual revenue in the consumer tutoring sector. Accountabilities Manage Sales Agent Tools including internal applications for telesales and onboarding. Oversee AI-Powered Sales Automation tools that enhance lead qualification. Develop self-service eCommerce solutions to reduce CAC and expand acquisition channels. Drive marketing initiatives including content management and SEO strategies. Implement communication and operations tools such as AI-powered metrics and dashboards.
