About the Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality ingredients, and takes pride in preparing dishes that celebrate the connection between farm and table. You bring consistency, care, and attention to detail to every plate, while supporting a team that moves with purpose and urgency. This role plays a key part in delivering a thoughtful, high-quality dining experience rooted in community and hospitality

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items consistently to restaurant standards. Execute dishes with attention to detail, presentation, and portion control. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of your station and the kitchen. Assist with daily prep, including washing, chopping, and storing seasonal produce. Collaborate with chefs and team members to support smooth, efficient service. Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling of fresh ingredients. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture. Support operations across multiple entities (food trucks, grocer, commissary, events) as business needs dictate.

Ideal Background Previous line cook or culinary experience preferred (farm-to-table or scratch kitchen experience a plus). Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Passion for seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and local food. Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
